Your information.

This page collects your name, email address, phone number, and your answers about your interest in The Hideout, referrals, and how you heard about the club. We use those details to arrange your visit, send a Google Calendar invitation, prepare for your conversation, and help with changes or cancellations.

Calendar and booking records

Tour details are stored in the club’s booking system and Google Calendar. Only authorized club staff can view booking records. The public booking page checks availability without displaying private calendar event details.

Understanding how people find us

We record a random browser-session identifier and referral or campaign information to understand how visits lead to tours and memberships. Session storage remembers this information during your visit. This page does not install advertising trackers. Your tour outcome may be recorded by the club.

Service providers

The page is hosted by Vercel, and booking records are stored using Supabase. Google processes calendar invitations, and Google Fonts provides the page’s fonts. These services receive information needed to provide their functionality.

Questions or removal requests

Contact e@hideoutgolf.club with questions about your booking information or to request correction or removal. Booking a tour does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
